Syntax error when sending a form

    Hello,

    I have a problem with two forms. See one of the form on this contact page: http://www.trailcentre.com/contact. The error is: Failed to send the message. Please try again later or contact by other means.

    It is just a simple form and I have no idea why It can’t send this e-mail.
    I use the following input in the dashboard:

    From: [email protected]
    To: TrailCentre Heerlen <[email protected]>
    Subject: Vraag via het contactformulier van http://www.trailcentre.com (It is Dutch :))
    Header: … (empty)
    Message:
    Vraag via het contactformulier van http://www.trailcentre.com

    Van: [firstname] [lastname]
    Email: [email]
    Vraag:
    [message]

    Is there a way to debug and solve this problem?
