# Syntax error when sending a form

 * I have a problem with two forms. See one of the form on this contact page: [http://www.trailcentre.com/contact](http://www.trailcentre.com/contact).
   The error is: Failed to send the message. Please try again later or contact by
   other means.
 * It is just a simple form and I have no idea why It can’t send this e-mail.
    I
   use the following input in the dashboard:
 * From: [info@trailcentre.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/syntax-error-when-sending-a-form/info@trailcentre.com?output_format=md)
   
   To: TrailCentre Heerlen <info@trailcentre.com> Subject: Vraag via het contactformulier
   van [http://www.trailcentre.com](http://www.trailcentre.com) (It is Dutch :))
   Header: … (empty) Message: Vraag via het contactformulier van [http://www.trailcentre.com](http://www.trailcentre.com)
 * Van: [firstname] [lastname]
    Email: [email] Vraag: [message]
 * Is there a way to debug and solve this problem?

 * Hi!,
 * I tried sending an e-mail to [info@trailcentre.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/syntax-error-when-sending-a-form/info@trailcentre.com?output_format=md)
   and that works fine.
    So I don’t understand the FAQ about the mailserver error.
 * Is there a way to debug the contact form mailserver?

   I have to find a new plugin for contact forms.
