Tab plugins not working

Hello my dear friends,

i got one problem in my wordpress theme. i created a theme for wordpress this is my frist experians but after complate my theme i used “Tabbed Login Widget” wp plugin but it din’t work so please tell me how solve this problme in my wordpress theme
