The content previously saved & linked to a draft page in my website’s pending members area randomly disappeared while I was applying links to page sections. It is Table ID 3 in my wpDataTables dashboard titled Higher Volume Superset Splits. Can this specific table content be recovered or do I need to recreate the table? I don’t want a full website recovery from an earlier ‘save’ as I did a lot of edits today.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Helo,
I noticed that this ticket was marked as resolved. I’m not sure if you managed to solve the issue in the meantime, but if you still need assistance, we’re happy to help.

First, I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. We’ve been experiencing an unusually high volume of tickets, and I appreciate your patience.

Regarding this issue, our plugin does not have the capability to delete any data on its own, whether it’s a table, chart, or anything similar. The only way data can be deleted within our plugin is through user action. For example:

    • If you or someone with access to the WP-Admin backend manually deletes a table.
    • If someone manually removes one or more of our plugin’s tables directly from the WordPress database.

As for data recovery, it depends on the table type and what exactly was deleted.

Could you please confirm the following?

    1. What type of table was it? Was it linked to a live data source, such as an Excel file, CSV, or Google Spreadsheet?
    2. If so, did you make any structural changes to the source file?
      • Renaming columns
      • Changing column order
      • Deleting columns
      • Adding new columns
Structural changes like these are not recommended, as they can cause the table in wpDataTables to stop working. If you have made such changes, you may need to recreate the table.
    3. When you say the content “disappeared,” what exactly happens?
      • Can you still load the table, but some rows are missing?
      • Or is the table not loading at all?

Additionally, we are unable to view the link you provided, as it requires a logged-in user.

If you’d like our support team to take a closer look, the best option would be to open a pre-purchase ticket, which doesn’t require a purchase code.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
