Table content preview in page editor

    In the page editor, is there a way to view the table content in the visual editor as opposed to seeing the short code ex. [table id=1 /] I understand that I can only edit in Tablepress plugin page but wondering if a preview of the table is available in the page editor?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    There is a group of WordPress developers that are currently trying to bring previews for Shortcodes to the Visual Editor (it’s called the “Shortcake” project). I’m closely monitoring that and will definitely add support for it, once this is stable and once it’s added to WordPress.
