# Table Doesn't Exist Error

 * I recently received a screenshot from a reader where he’d attempted to post a
   comment, and got multiple errors.
 * The errors are “Table dbXXXXXXXXX.wp_avhfdas_ipcache doesn’t exist” There’s a
   SELECT argument below that.
 * Following that, there’s another of the table doesn’t exist errors with an INSERT
   INTO argument below it.
 * There are 4 warning messages below that says “Warning: Cannot modify header information”
 * I’ve still got the screenshot, so if I have an email address, I can forward it
   on.
