 * Your plugin is working perfectly; The pages with shortcode showing files has 
   not been changed for over a year, only new files are FTP’d
 * I did however made a small change, and now the tabular format is broken, showing
   <p> tags instead.
 * this page is wrong:
    [http://www.moonstone.co.za/library/regulatory-examination-library/](http://www.moonstone.co.za/library/regulatory-examination-library/)
 * While this on is still showing the tables as per shortcode:

 * My bad, by switching between visual and text editor, the <td> were deleted.
    
   It shouild be:
 * <td>[{name}](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/table-format-broken/{url}?output_format=md)
   </td><td>{date}</td><td>{size}</td>
