 * Using 4.02 version (not available on the settings here)
    Since this plugin was“
   upgraded”, users are very unhappy. Tables are much more difficult to use, but
   given that, 1. borders do not show up. the settings for borders do not function
   at all. Example: using padding=10, spacing=0, border=4, alignment=center … the
   border does not show. the center alignment doesn’t show there is no option for
   border or background color This was an “upgrade” that was not worthy of carrying
   your name.
 * 2. heaven help the poor bloke who has to edit the table, or cells. it is clumsy,
   not near as user-friendly as your previous work, and should be an embarrassment
   to you.
 * Please don’t ask your users to tolerate this “upgrade”. It is suggested that 
   you either revert back to the previous version, or rework this plugin.
 * Sorry if this sounds nasty. it is not meant to be. Only giving you a heads-up
   that your previous version was MUCH better.

 * All of the missing features are coming back in the next version (were added in
   TinyMCE 4.1).
