# Table Size / Column Widths

 * I’m having a difficult time with column widths and overall table size.
 * I’ve read all the facts and other questions in support.
 * For one thing, the overall table size is huge for the seven skinny columns that
   I have.
 * I’ve tried changing column widths, but the code only seems to work on one column
   at a time.
 * I’ve tried changing the padding but the row heights just get wider.
 * Setting the table size and column widths should be one of the simplest things
   to do – I don’t understand why I can’t set the column widths so the table looks
   as nice as it functions?

 * You’ll usually get a faster and more useful response by going where the plugin
   developer hangs out.
