 * The database table wp_options I have many records `displayed_gallery_rendering_`.
   
   Approximately 800 lines. It’s okay or unnecessary? Thank you.

   write `displayed_gallery_rendering_` to the wp_options table but if you are considering
   their removal I would strongly recommend insuring you have a fully verified complete
   backup of your database before making any modifications to it.

 * Are those records in the table important for NGG or not? Change their functions
   by removing NGG?

   write those entries … that does not mean to say something else on your site that
   works with NextGEN Gallery is not writing them and needed by that extension. 
   All I can really put forward is NextGEN Gallery as is does not use them.
