# ¿Tablepress database search?

 * Quick question here. I run an NBA info site, an in order to run it properly I
   use your plugin a lot (as you can see in the link, I need tables to put the players
   salaries, etc).
 * Question: Is there any way (I’m sure there is) to let the user search through
   ALL the tables I have in my site and return that same user the info he’s asking?
 * Quick example: Some user wants to know which players have only two years left
   on his current contract. There is a pair of options boxes and one of them is “
   Search by years left”. The user selects the option “two” and the site returns
   ALL the players that have two years left on his contract.
 * I can write a little bit of php, and I’m quite sure this can be done writing 
   the proper code. But I don’t know if it would be easy or not.
 * I hope I have made myself clear. If not, I’ll rewrite the question if you need
   to. English ain’t my native tongue!

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Unfortunately, I’ll have to disappoint you here. I’m not aware of a directly 
   usable solution to here. As TablePress does not use mySQL database tables, you
   can not really query it for information. Your best chance might be to implement
   a custom solution using e.g. the DataTables JS library.
