I use the TablePress plugin and the cell highlighting extension. At some point in the past few days (possibly an auto update) the TablePress plugin has been deleted, so I’m just getting the short codes on my page. Is the data still there, so I just need to re-install the plugin, or do I need to ask my hosting provider if there are any backups?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

Most likely, something in the WordPress update process failed, but your tables should still be there.

To solve this, please log in to your site via FTP (or an online file manager that your hosting company might be offering via a configuration panel). There, check if the folder “/wp-content/plugins/tablepress” exists, and if so, delete it.

Then, please reinstall TablePress again via the “Plugins” screen on your site.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

Thanks for the quick response. I’ve reinstalled it and all the data is still there so the page is working again.
