# TablePress — reading cell values

 * I run a high school baseball site with lots of table data, and TablePress displays
   things like game-schedules very nicely. I’d like to write a small plugin to programmatic-
   ally read the values from one of these TablePress tables, and then create short-
   codes for populating other tables. As an example: I’d like to search my schedule
   for a particular date, compare it to today’s date, and then post scores or reminders
   based upon whether the game has already occurred, or is imminent. Is it possible
   to read values of TablePress table-cells from my code?
