# Tablepress Responsive – Column Width Issues

 * I have searched this forum everywhere and can’t find an answer so my apologies
   if this question has been answered.
 * Thanks so much for TablePress. Such a great plugin.
 * My question though, is that in the responsive execution, the header column width
   is so large that scrolling and being able to read though the other text in the
   table is really difficult. Additionally, for whatever reason, some rows seem 
   to have larger font size than others. I essentially just want to reduce the width
   of the header column in mobile as much as possible to fit more content into it
   and make sure all font is the same size. Sorry for the rookie question but I 
   seem to be struggling with this.

 * thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Due to the data in your table (with the long header cell contents), the approach
   of flipping and scrolling is probably not the best choice. I therefore suggest
   to switch to an approach that only adds the scrolling, without the flipping.
