Tables

Is there a way to insert a table or table-like structure within Nimble Builder.
Using rich text editor does not allow tabbing so counting spaces on the space bar seems the only way
Obviously a table plugin and shortcode can be used but this is outwith the “stand-a-lone” aspect of Nimble Builder and not necessarily straight forward for a casual user who simply wants to update data.
Also which CSS would take preference using this route
