 * Very basic question (I think): how do I tag comments? The plugins that work for
   tagging posts don’t seem to work when I edit comments.

 * I’m not sure that this is such a basic question — comments are not typically 
   tagged — but it’s possible I’m misunderstanding you.
 * Can you provide an example of another website that tags comments the way you 
   want to?
