Hi

We are using stripe payments plugin to process payments on our website for woocommerce, it used to work fine for MoTo orders as well but now with SCA the payments fail. We contact stripe and they have enabled the MoTo API for stripe, however I am not sure how to configure this in the plugin or even if it supports MoTo stripe payments

Thanks for your question.

I understand you would like to integrate Moto Payments with Stripe. Please note that MOTO (Mail Order/ Telephone Order) payments are not meant to be processed through the website. You will need to process them directly on Stripe’s dashboard or by using a card machine.

Hi Igor

Well the website is good for online ecommerce, but can also be used to take MoTo, but I have found a plugin that enables manual payments using stripe MoTo for WooCommerce. So we can close this.
