# Task confirmation email

 * Hi there,
 * I want to be able to send the contact (not CRM user) an email when a task is 
   added for them. I cannot see a way to do this with JetPack and Mailpoet. This
   seems like a pretty obvious email to send.
 * Can anyone point me in the right direction?

 * Let me see if I get this right:
    - you have a task in CRM’s scheduler
    - the task related to a contact you have on MailPoet
    - you want to send a notification email to this contact to let them know about
      the task
 * If that’s correct, Jetpack CRM does not have a built-in feature to send notification
   emails to contacts when they are added to a task. The task notification system
   in Jetpack CRM sends emails to CRM team members who are assigned to the task.
 * Contacts can see the task added to their Client Portal, though, as said, we don’t
   have any notification feature option in place for contacts at the moment.
