Title: task error with dropbox Last modified: March 10, 2022 --- # task error with dropbox * [darkstudio](https://wordpress.org/support/users/darkstudio/) * (@darkstudio) * [4 years, 2 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/task-error-with-dropbox/) * Hi, Since this night the dropbox backup doesn’t work anymore. we receive a message which say : **Token has expired; new token has been obtained** But after many tries, the process stop and the token is the same. The only way to fix this issue is that go to config panel of plugin, disconnect plugin from dropbox and reauth one more time. I think that the problem is that backwpup can’t obtain new token through a task. Some of them still seem to be working and others aren’t. First error I noticed about a week ago. The issue caused because default timeout from WordPress may be set relatively low (5 seconds) on some sites.
