# Task Scheduler

 * When I click on the link in my Help settings for Task Scheduler (/?mailpoet_router&
   endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping) I get this error message:
 * Connection timed out
 * Is there something I need to do?

 * The problem is that your Cron URL /?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action
   =ping should return “pong” and is getting a timeout error instead.
 * Can you please ask your host to increase the timeout limit?
