 * HELP! This is major – viewing tasks – it does not appear possible to read what
   tasks where assigned to what employee or customer.
 * Does not appear that tasks appear on the schedule?
 * System generated emails notifying the employee of the assigned task have no detail
   and no way to get back to the assigned task!
 * Help – how can all the tasks assigned be identified? Without the ability to see
   this an entire mornings work was essentially lost, or so it seems.
