Tax Problem

    Jigoshop has been doing me well for 2 years now. Since the last 2 updates Jigoshop is charging tax to random states. I have Indiana selected at 7% and just received an order from North Caralina and it charged the 7%. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @572chevy,

    Could you please post your Jigoshop System Info? We know that in older than 1.10.6 versions of 1.10 series there has been a problem with states changer (and because of that – charging taxes). We have found it happening earlier and fixed recently (I hope for sure, tested it in as many ways as possible).

    Could you try updating to 1.10.6? There was an improvement on country/state changing utilities and that fixed the issue for at least a few of our customers who reported this issue.

    Where can I find 1.10.6? I only see 1.10.5

    Oh my, that’s embarrasing – I was sure 1.10.6 release was out… Anyway – now it is out (just released it). Please update and check if tax is still a problem. If it is – I would like to get Jigoshop System Info data and your site URL to see what’s happening.
