Tax rate changes with orders

    This very strange. Is there a specific product that triggers this or way to replicate? Is 8.5% tax the only tax rate on the site? Could you post Jigoshop System Info as well?

    I have 8.5% set for all US states and it is the only rate set. When I look at the Orders page it shows all the orders with a variety of tax rates. When I click the order details, each item says it should be taxed at 8.5%. There isn’t a specific product that causes it. Using Jigoshop Version 1.7.3 with Store Exporter Deluxe and Custom Payment Gateway.

    Is there any way that you can backup the database and update to the latest Jigoshop release (version 1.12.1)? If you do not see an update notice in the plugin page, you can download the latest version from our home page (www.jigoshop.com and update via FTP.

    Important: Please be sure that your site has at least PHP 5.3 installed or the site will go white-screened until Jigoshop is unregistered as an installed plugin.

    Haven’t heard back in a bit. Assuming the issue resolved for now. If issue persists simply update the thread.
