When a customer places an order, all the reports go smoothly to the vendor—net sales, earnings, and total orders. However, marking an order as completed in the vendor dashboard only shows net sales. The earning and orders sections display zero. If I update the status to “order refunded,” it shows zero net sales. The earning section reflects refunded product earnings, and the order section shows the correct order. Ideally, completing an order should show vendor earnings, and if it’s refunded, it should subtract the vendor earnings. Instead, it shows zero earnings when the order is completed and earnings when the order is refunded. This is a major issue for me. Please solve it as soon as possible. I had plans to upgrade my store when it reaches maximum orders, but this problem is making me consider other plugins.
