# Technical support form

 * The technical support form integrated to the plugin admin interface is not sending
   mail
   Button change on submit to “Sending…”, stay like this and nothing sent in
   the mail logs.
 * (Mail are sent correctly by all other plugins of forms on the site)
   Same situation
   on 2 different websites

 * We have just released an update **version 3.12.9.1**, in which we have fixed 
   this issue. Kindly update the plugin to the latest version and give it a try.
