    I’m afraid with the Chaty plug-in it’s not possible to send
   any type of notifications. It’s a product designed to ease your website visitors
   in contacting you through their preferred channels, so with that in mind, if 
   you want to be contacted via Telegram, you can add it as a channel in Chaty.
