Hi @biatsalu,
We are able to import CSV on our test site successfully. Can you please share the fatal error log? Also, please try importing once again and check if the issue persists.
Hello @biatsalu
It happens the same to me. It shows me the message “Temp file missing”.
I’ve looked and the file creates it, but it doesn’t seem to find it.
This happens since the last update. I have gone back to previous versions, even Woocommerce, but there must be something left in the database that gives the same message both in Local and in production.
I have looked for the .log but it does not generate it or I cannot find it.
I have tried with the Sample_Users.csv and it gives the same error.
Thanks for the pluing, it has served me many times.
Greetings Jose.
Hi @joseya @biatsalu,
Can you please share your system report(Woocommerce>status>Get system report) so that we can check if there are any plugin conflicts.
Thanks for answering. I have created a new installation in instaWP.io, installing one by one all the plugins that I have in my production installation, and it does not happen there.
At first, it worked for me, but after the update of Woo to 5.9.0, a few days ago, and that of your plugins has started to get that message that it cannot find the temporary file.
In the database add the path of the temporary files? I can edit it to correct the problem.
Woocommerce/status:
import files
Thanks
Hi @joseyaz,
Can you please try disabling all the plugins on your site except Woocommerce and check the import so that we can check if it’s due to any plugin conflict.
