Template for Post Submissions

I’m trying to find a way to customize what fields get submitted as part of the post. I’ve been able to customize for emails and form summary pages, but my latest projects requires the form submission to go into a post category as a draft (works great). I would like to remove IP address, etc. as well as the original text from the form. For example, it has a question field and I don’t want the question to be displayed when users are reading through the post entries (once approved). See Test site
