• Hi,

Great plugin! Can’t thank you enough for it.

I recently noticed that when a customer places an order on a mobile device, the WooCommerce template will be used on the order confirmation email. This happens only on Mobile devices.

I was wondering if you’ve encountered it before and what can be done to solve this?

    Thanks!

    Hey,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear this. Have you tested this on multiple mobile devices? Is all your cache being cleared? Are you up to date on your plugins/theme/wordpress?

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Yes, I’ve tested this on different iPhones & Androids and every time a customer makes an order, they receive the default woocommerce email design.

I’ve been using Kadence for over 6 months, and just never noticed it. I’ve cleared the cache since then over 100 times. I’m totally up-to-date with all plugins, themes and WordPress.

I am however, if relevant, using a cache plugin called WP-Rocket. But I assume this has nothing to do with it since it caching the front side only.

    Any ideas?

    Hey,
Let me check in with the developer and see if he has heard of any others experiencing this. He’ll respond as soon as he’s available.
    Thanks for your patience!

    Best,
    Hannah

I don’t have anyone else reporting this, I also can’t recreate it. From a coding perspective, I can’t even guess how this could be possible. The device you use doesn’t determine which plugins are loaded on a website.

Would it be possible for you to send screenshots of the email output. Sometimes when I can see things and understand better I would have a guess.

    Ben
