Themes must have a stylesheet and a template. * Name Description Origin Template is missing. * I haven’t changed anything form the original installation – did something get renamed in the update? The latest version of Origin (0.5) is definitely working okay for me. * Can you download the theme and try a manual upgrade? The theme is missing the index.php file. * Theme install failed. * Looks like the install package has issues, to say the least. * I did a manual install and while that did actually work, it killed all my widget preferences. The developers really should have checked this package more thoroughly before doing a public release. FWIW I’m using Chrome 24.0.1312.57, OSX 10.7.5. I installed Origin 0.5 directly from the dashboard just as you appear to have done, with no errors at all. The theme functioned as expected. * Are you really using WordPress version 3.3.1? I wonder why none of the other upgrades have been an issue, then. “It works on my system” is a classic excuse. Updated last night before sleep, theme has been shuffled into “ broken themes” in the network admin, site defaulted to 2012. Themes must have a stylesheet > and a template. > Name Description Origin Template is missing. * After a visual inspection of the 0.5 download, there appears to be no index.php( style sheet looks okay) in the origin.0.5 package. I’m looking at it right now. I have no explanation as to why the install of 0.5 I did yesterday worked just fine. * [edit] and I just downloaded it again, and now there is SEVERAL more files, including the index.php ????? I have two directories on my desktop, of the same theme 0.5, downloaded only minutes apart from each other, and there is indeed dramatic differences in the number of files in the archives.
