 * The template shortcodes column is missing in the free elementor version.
 * I’ve tried using a shortcode to display a container template on a page along 
   the lines of the previous syntax ie [elementor-template id=”XX”] and this does
   not work.
 * Are template shortcodes nolonger available in the free version?
