 * I am having an issue I have never seen on wordpress before. 2 people cannot be
logged in at the same time. If one is logged in, everyone else gets a white screen
when trying to access wp-admin to login.
 * I have already contacted Templatic support, but I am giving up on their support
because its getting me nowhere. I started [this thread](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/warning-about-templatic-themes/page/2)
some time ago about Templatic which I was sad to see was closed by WP and referring
people to Templatic support. Their support is terrible which is why we come here
so it would be helpful to keep these Templatic posts open if you could?? thanks.
 * Anyway, from that thread, I saw they seemed to be making efforts even opening
a forum, so I tried again with them, buying their event theme which seems to
be the best option for posting events, and I have to say ALL the same problems
I had before are happening. Buggy theme with many problems, fix one thing, then
another thing pops up. Data disappearing is a big issue. I have never done so
much work on a theme, much less a premium theme, just to get it to work!
 * Now this log in issue. I have done so many changes to this theme just to get
it to work I can’t even begin to know what caused this login issue. So if anyone
know what could cause a login issue like this that would be helpful so I know
   where to start.
 * thanks!!

 * This is probably why the thread was closed: because Templatic is a commercial
Theme shop. Users of commercial Themes should consult the Theme developer for
   support.
 * Unfortunately, since this is a commercial Theme, we are unable to help you because
we don’t have access to the Theme. Also: those who volunteer to provide free
support here in these forums generally don’t want to become adjunct, unpaid support
employees for the commercial developers who choose not to support their products.

 * Add to those issues the apparent lack of support from the developer, and such
issues should probably inform future purchasing decisions.
 * Without getting into details or intending to denigrate the developer, I will
tell you that you are not alone in your experiences, and I understand your frustration
regarding code quality from a commercial (I dare not say “premium”) Theme.

 * Understood totally. But I think its important to at least post the issues here
so at least people are aware that others are having the same issues, and also
that others who find answers can post them, so its not necessarily asking volunteers
for information all the time, just trying to find others with similar problems.
When I have issues with anything the first thing I do is look here and its incredible
   useful to me.
 * I decided to give them another chance when I saw them making an effort. I am
a reasonable person and will always give people the benefit of the doubt. But
clearly nothing has changed, they may have made some attempts but the product
still has way too many issues and they need to stop selling them and go back
to development. Way too many people just give up.
 * Just went to go submit a ticket to get a refund and their site is down. Again.
   Sigh.

 * I agree with everything you have posted about this company. I thought I had researched
before I purchased, but I wish I had checked these forums first. It is a shame,
because their themes _look_ gorgeous, if only they _lived up to their claims_
of “out of the box” usability, and customer support. I am trying to set up GeoPlaces
as a local business directory, but nothing works, even when I follow their exact“
guides.” A “premium” theme should not be this difficult for an experience WP
   user to set up.

 * i have tons of troubles with the same theme.. and they dont help you ??? we should
   boycott this service.
