Term Fields Image Field Error

    1. Add a Term Field of type Image to WordPress native Categories and Tags
    2. Save a Term with a Image

    No errors and issues.

    Can you elaborate how I can reproduce this?

    Also ensure you are up to date with Types and no other plugin for theme is producing this.
