 * Hello,
 * Does anyone know about a plugin that can block access to a user. I would like
   to install a plugin that would allow me to terminate or suspend access to an 
   IP address or user if they were to deliberately violate the terms and conditions
   and Privacy Policy that I have set it place on my website?

 * You can block users and IP addresses with WordFence and probably several other
   security related plugins.
