Hello @pierosparviero, The block you are searching is called “accordion” and “FAQ”. You can get many plugin that brings accordion blocks to the site. The good news is, you can modify the color, style, and icons on the block.
The sign you have referred to is called “down arrow”. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask more if needed.
For the latter, I would also suggest accordions, or simply the details block that WordPress itself provides: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/documentation/article/details-block/
Note: With WordPress 6.9, which will be released in December, there will also be an accordion block in WordPress without additional plugins.
Regarding your question about icons, I’m not sure exactly what you mean. What kind of options do you want to display and who should see them?
Hello @pierosparviero,
The first block is an action toolbar; in Wikipedia, it is used to perform different actions in the open article. There is no core block such as that one in WordPress, but I believe this could be achieved by creating a sticky footer template part. The functionalities inside the different elements of the template part would be the tricky part to accomplish. But if the goal is to link to different parts of the site, then this can be achieved.
The second block would be an Accordion block, currently inside the site editor, this block isn’t available (it is still an experimental feature and is expected to be included with WordPress 6.9). In the site editor, there is a detail block that performs similar functions to an accordion, but you will need to add multiple Details blocks and group them. You could use a plugin for this, as suggested by @asadullah96.
The arrow on the left acts as a toggle button that lets users open to view the additional information and close to hide the additional information (this is not an individual block, but it should come with the details blocks and the accordion block). The pen icon is specific to Wikipedia; it lets users edit parts of an article(no block currently has this functionality).
Hope this offers a bit of clarity on the topic.

Very grateful. I think that ACCORDEON is the word I should use to find the blocks that open when I click on them.
But I think that I didn’t explain what is the other thing that I’m looking for. I’ll send tomorrow a better screenshot to make my question clearer.
Thank you for the moment.
