Terrible support.

I hate to go against the reviews here, but support is not helpful.
I couldn’t set up the plugin locally, provided the response from their API, they requested a video as well.
I’m pasting the response I got from support after:

In fact, it is a really strange behavior because I tested the API key on a local test website I have (a .local one), and it is working perfectly.
Do you have another local website on which you could test it?
At this point I decided to self support myself.
I can’t help but think I lost my time speaking to a person who basically told me to reboot my machine, in IT terms. “Works on my local”. That’s great … for this support person I guess.
I don’t recommend this plugin if you run into issues that require support to think about the problem at hand and not following a defined set of rules. Based on my experience you will lose time that could better be spent figuring it out by yourself.
