 * Hello:
    My Host Provided indicated that they opened the outgoing port 587 but
   I am still getting a failure notice. Here are the test results for my site: [http://www.cookingexchange.info](http://www.cookingexchange.info)
 * Summary:
    1.✅ 🔒 Port 587 can be used for SMTP to smtp.sparkpostmail.com. Warning:
   connected to 0.0 instead of sparkpostmail.com. 2.✅ 🔒 Port 443 can be used to
   send Gmail with the Gmail API. 3.❌ Port 465 is open, but not to smtp.sparkpostmail.
   com. 4.❌ No outbound route between this site and the Internet on Port 25.
 * A port with Service Available “No” indicates one or more of these issues:
    1.
   Your web host has placed a firewall between this site and the Internet 2.The
   SMTP hostname is wrong or the mail server does not provide service on this port
   3.Your PHP configuration is preventing outbound connections 4.Your WordPress
   configuration is preventing outbound connections

 * If the issues above can not be resolved, your last option is to configure Postman
   to use an email account managed by your web host with an SMTP server managed
   by your web host.
 * P.S. we have tried using the Hosting Firm’s SMTP server (SiteGround). Here is
   the configuration for SparkPost
