 * While inspecting performance issues with our site, we discovered that the following
   JS file is trying to load, but is causing a performance hit when it experiences
   an HTTP error 403. I’ve tried navigating to the location and get a forbidden 
   message. This appears to be a developer’s special extra code, it does not belong
