I’ve got someone else testing client contact forms and now, of course, their email domain is blacklisted. What is the best solutions for this? Can I whitelist the email address they are using?

Hello @jassyjas,

First you need to check his messages, if they were really test messages and not spam, then you can add him to the whitelist: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage

Can I whitelist one email address for all sites in my account? I have a lot so doing this individually will be labourious. Let me know. thanks

When you add a new record to your personal list, you can choose the ‘Add for all sites’ option.: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=antispam.
