 * It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure this out…
 * When testing using the GET parameter (eg. [http://mysite.example?tctest=2018-02-10+19:16:00](http://mysite.example?tctest=2018-02-10+19:16:00)),
   bear in mind your server time is likely set to GMT.
 * If your tests do not work as expected try including the local time offset.
