 * I’ve configured all the settings as per the below guide.

 * When I press on the Action > Process Email button, I keep getting the below error
   message.
 * fetch_mail: Unable to write data to POP3 server pop.gmail.com on port 995
 * Could you help with this, please?

 * However, to be sure install, configure and run the support plugin as described

    I’m unable to download the support plugin, when I add the plugin to cart,
   I go to the cart and there’s nothing in there to purchase/download. Are you still
   able to help with my original request, please?
