    Hi.

I’m trying to test Super PWA on my iPhone, but I have some issues with the translation, since I’m not a natural English speaker.
So in “The criteria that iOS uses to decide if the site is a Progressive Web App”
Can you please help me understand what concretely means:

. Service Worker registered with a fetch event handler
. Display property should set to standalone, fullscreen and minimal-ui

    Thank you.

  • Hi Rui,

Good day to you. The condition which we mentioned over our website are for general users who are testing PWA over iOS. So that if someone build PWA from scratch by manually coding, then that conditions will be more helpful for them to easily troubleshoot if they face any issues.

As for SuperPWA users, you won’t need to worry about it as we implemented those upon the plugin automatically. And moreover all that conditions will be carried out by plugin in background for better user experiences.

    Have a great day!

    Hi Jose.

My problem is that in “my” Chrome’s share button there’s no “Add to Homescreen” option.

    Thank you.

    Best.

    Hello Rui,

I didn’t get a clear idea over your query. Can you please explain a bit more in detail, so that I can help you further.

    Hi Jose.

I’m sorry Jose for that. I didn’t pay attention to the phrase “On iOS devices, PWA currently only works with Safari browsers.”

    It’s all right.

    Great Pluginn.

    Thank you and congrats.

    Rui
