I do not use Gutenberg, I use the classic editor. * I have eliminated each plugin and verified it is Jetpack causing this issue for me. * To combat this, I have deactivated Jetpack much to my dismay. I first noticed this happening with my tables-posts. If you click on “weight loss” at the top, you will see posts with my tables. These were the first ones I saw with the paragraph tag printed in the post. I had to go through and delete the tag from each post. Then I noticed it on posts where the last thing in the post is a centered item like a paragraph or image (more often images). Thanks for showing us! * I know you said you saw the issue even with all other plugins but Jetpack disabled, could you also try switching out your theme for a more minimalistic one (such as Twenty Nineteen) with only Jetpack active to make sure this isn’t some sort of theme conflict? * Please let us know the results of the above troubleshooting and also what Stef suggested and we can go from there. I’m having a hard time FORCING the issue.
