# text editor problems

 * I use WP 2.07. Sometimes i need to copy&paste text from articles written in Word
   or Pdf to a post. That makes my blog a mess because the text editor keeps previous
   text format and aplies that to all site pages. This also happens if a post ends
   with italic, bold or other format text.
 * Is there any solution to the above?

 * Paste them into Notepad, & then into WordPress. This removes the previous formatting.

 * Sorry, with regard to the bold, italic point, when you highlight text to format,
   DON’T include the final full stop (period) in the highlight. This will save the
   formatting running over into the next posts.

 * Thank you for your answers, your recomendations worked fine.
 * But not all the authors of my blog know that, so it’s a matter of luck to wake
   up a morning and see my website messed up by another author’s post 🙂
 * Anyway, It would be nice if in a next version of WP this could be fixed inside
   the code.
