# Text Editro

 * Hi There,
 * I use your plugin on SEOWP Theme out on my work since a while now, I cannot retrive
   the VISUAL aspect in text editor [CONTENT], as there are two tabs on top right
   one is VISUAL and the other is TEXT, if I click on TEXT Tab, I could never go
   back on VISUAL fonctinnality. I’ve cleared browser cache disable WP caching enhancment
   plugins, chose Private navigation, change browser, uninstal and reinstall LC 
   plugin, none made a diference. Your help is needed. Thanks for your prompt reply.

 * Just to make sure I understood correctly, the editor is in “visual” mode, then
   you switch it to “text” mode and then if you click again on “visual” it does 
   not switch to “visual” mode, correct?
 * Sounds like there’s some JavaScript issue in there, but it’s not a known issue,
   haven’t encountered it before.
 * Since you’re using a commercial WordPress theme which is powered by Live Composer
   and guarantees compatibility with Live Composer you have access to the premium
   support that the theme author offers, contact them and they’ll sort it out.
 * In case they’re not sure what’s going on they’ll contact us and we’ll assist 
   them, they have access to our premium support, which covers things like us logging
   into a website to debug a problem, which the free support unfortunately does 
   not cover.
