 * hello,
 * Is the COLSxROWS option for a textarea still working?
    I put `[textarea* x2 your-
message akismet:author_message placeholder "Wiadomość"]` wchich works (but nothing
   is changed), but `[textarea* 10x2 your-message akismet:author_message placeholder"
Wiadomość"]` doesnt work at all (the above text is displayed instead of a field)
   [, in a footer](http://cateringwarszawa.pl)

 * You have put the `x2` and `10x2` into the wrong place. See [How Tags Work](http://contactform7.com/tag-syntax/)
   and [Text Fields](http://contactform7.com/text-fields/) ([Textarea](http://contactform7.com/text-fields/#textarea)).

 * BIG THX – I didnt read that.
But – although the form is displayed – the textarea
didnt change.. I put a “4×1” option and it is still as it was without any options..
 * It might be the theme making it 100% width, but height should be reduced to one
line I believe (1 row to be precise…)

 * The overall size of the form elements is generally controlled by the CSS in your
current WordPress theme rather than the “size” you use in the Form section of
the CF7. This refers to the standard HTML size attribute which may or may not
   control overall element size.
 * See [Styling Contact Form](http://contactform7.com/styling-contact-form/) for
a general explanation of styling CF7 forms using CSS.
 * There is a link at the bottom of the page to a comprehensive and detailed article
on **Styling Contact Form 7 Forms**. The article shows people, with suitable
HTML & CSS skills, how to change the appearance of their Contact Form 7 Forms
   to meet their particular requirements.

 * I have read that, as well as the article (yours I believe). Although the CF7
is great and very flexible it turns out I am not that CSS skilled man:)
    It seems
   its time to learn:)
