# Textarea problem

 * This is normal behaviour. The formatting is stripped from the message text area.
   So, if, for example, the customer inserts a line break, that will be removed.
   It is saved as just one block of text.

 * There is nothing to fix, and there is no workaround, as it is designed this way
   for security reasons.
 * We’ve never had a request for this before. Are you getting a lot of customers
   who are writing elaborate multi-paragraph messages in the booking form?
 * Perhaps, should we get more questions/demand for this, we could maybe look into
   adding a filter, in a future update, that lets you have some control over what
   is escaped/stripped.

    i have a restaurant with group menus, when i add many text all menus items
   are on one paragraph.

 * Thanks for getting back to me. We’ll note it down. Should we get more questions/
   demand for this, we can maybe look into adding a filter, in a future update, 
   that lets you have some control over what is escaped/stripped. For the time being,
   there is/will be no option for this.
