# Texture issue

 * I’ve got an issue with texture in AR mode.
    I uploaded a GLB/USDZ file converted
   by an OBJ/MTL file made on 3DS Zephyr. The 3D viewer recognizes it without problems,
   the issue occurs in AR mode, who doesn’t recognize my texture at all. What can
   be the problem? If i resolve it, I surely will buy the plugin. Thanks

 * Would you mind testing your GLB file in an online viewer such as [https://gltf-viewer.donmccurdy.com/](https://gltf-viewer.donmccurdy.com/)
 * Can you try converting to GLTF instead of GLB?
 * If you view the USDZ file in iOS finder, does it display the texture correctly?
