The best webhosting

I am on the way to change my web host. I have Brainhost. That is absolutely helpless web host with no tech support besides of the stupid billing new service inventions, which actually is not the services, but just a legal way to charge you more money for the far less than satisfactory webhosting. The tech support is very creative how do not answer to any and all of my strait questions. They have the permanent system error sending all your web entries to the wron e-mail address, which doesn’t exist, but they have no courage to assume that truth and fix the problem.
I am so tide of them. They even have no the customer support speaking the normative English and that is very difficult to understand when they try to talk to the customer which language they use.
If anyone knows the good web host services with the proven records and the good tech support?
