    I´ve installed the MailChimp plugin on my blog. There are readers of
   my blog who have been unable to subscribe to my newsletter because the button
   doesn´t work in their browser. It’s weird because in my computer if I can. How
   I can solve it? Regards, Javier

 * Hey Javier,
 * While I’m not aware of any direct browser conflicts with the subscribe button,
   I’d be happy to see if I can test it a bit on my end as well. Would you be able
   to provide me with a link to your site, as well as what specific browsers (and
   versions, if possible) your users are reporting having issues clicking the subscribe
   button with?

 * Hello,
 * Thank´s for your answer. Is a bit strange because sometimes in my browser works,
   but sometimes not. Yesterday I tested in other PC and doesn´t work.
 * My users reporting issues with chrome (most of them), but with Mozilla and Internet
   Explorer too. Sorry but i don´t know the version.
 * My blog is [http://www.siempreconalgoenlacabeza.com](http://www.siempreconalgoenlacabeza.com).
 * Thanks a lot. This pluging is very important for my bussines

 * jagarcia, I posted in another thread about the same issue just a few minutes
   ago.
 * I had the same problem but, while it seems that the subscribe button isn’t working
   I did actually get the confirmation email. It seems that the fields remain filled
   and the subscribe button ‘does nothing’ even though it actually has entered the
   info on your list and sent out the confirmation email.This is what I was told
   by support this morning. Hope it helps.

 * Hey all,
 * [@rlharding](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rlharding/), can you clarify
   whether the issues you were seeing were while using the MailChimp embed code
   or when using the MailChimp WordPress plugin? I noticed in your reply in the
   other thread that you mentioned having just installed the plugin, so just looking
   to clarify the scope of the issue that you’re seeing.
 * [@jagarcia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jagarcia/) In testing in Chrome,
   FF, IE10, and IE9, I was able to successfully enter an email address into the
   form and submit the form. After each submission, I successfully saw the success
   message on the page, as well as received an opt-in confirmation email, so unfortunately
   I wasn’t able to replicate the behavior on my end.
 * So that we can test a bit further, can you provide us a bit more information
   with how you’re testing and what you’re seeing? For example, when testing, are
   you clicking the submit button or hitting the enter key after inputting your
   email address? Also, are there any active plugins on the browsers that you’ve
   been testing with which they all share? When you submit the form, can you confirm
   whether you’re receiving the opt-in confirmation email in your email address’s
   inbox? Is the issue moreso that you’re not seeing the success message appear
   each time you submit an email address?
 * Look forward to hearing back!

 * Hi mc_tak,
    the issues were while using the embedded code.
 * I thought I had issues with the plugin as well but they cleared up when I figured
   out I needed to stay logged on to mailchimp within the plugin for the subscriptions
   to actually register..

 * Thanks for the reply and clarification! To avoid any confusion, the embed code
   form and plugin form operate a bit differently on the back-end, so we’ll want
   to avoid mixing up issues between the two too much, since there’s a lot of different
   factors that can play uniquely into both types of forms.
 * For your latter comments, glad to hear you were able to resolve the issues with
   the plugin form. And yep yep, the plugin will have to remain connected to the
   MailChimp account that you’d like your forms to be tied to in order for the list
   subscriptions to go through successfully, as that connection is vital for the
   workings of the plugin.
 * If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know!

 * Hi there,
 * I am having trouble with the plugin. When the email and name are entered, then
   the subscribe button is clicked, nothing happens. The button doesn’t confirm
   that subscription has been accepted when clicked on, but the email will arrive
   confirming subscription.
 * I tried this with the following web browsers:
    CHROME Version 30.0.1599.101 m
   AND INTERNET EXPLORER 10.0.9200.16721 AND MOZILLA ANDROID MOBILE AND CHROME ANDROID
   MOBILE
 * I tried logging in and out of the plugin and deleting plugin and re-installing
   with no success.
 * If you can help me resolve this, that would be great 🙂 Thank you!

 * Hey Tara,
 * Thanks for posting. Would you be able to post a link to your site with the active
   plugin form so that I can try and replicate the behavior on my end?
